Payment and Delivery Methods (B2B)

On this page, you will find information about the payment and delivery policies of Lumestetic’s professional online store. We serve registered beauty and healthcare professionals as well as business customers in Finland and other Nordic countries.

Please note: Purchases in our online store require approved registration and the creation of a customer account. During registration, we verify the company’s Business ID as well as professional qualifications.

Payment Methods

To ensure smooth transactions for our business customers, we use a flexible invoicing solution. The only payment method available in our online store is invoicing.

You can choose the invoicing method that best suits your business when placing an order:

  • E-invoice: The invoice will be sent directly to your company’s e-invoicing address. Please ensure that the correct e-invoicing address and operator ID are provided during registration or updated in your profile.
  • Email Invoice: The invoice will be sent in PDF format to the billing email address provided by your company as soon as the order has been shipped.

Payment Terms: The payment term is net 14 days from the invoice date. All payment transactions and billing information are processed securely and confidentially.

Delivery Methods

We deliver professional orders throughout the following countries: Finland, Sweden, Norway, and Denmark.

We use reliable logistics partners (such as Posti, Matkahuolto, DHL, or DB Schenker) to ensure that products arrive safely and professionally packaged.

  • Business Parcel / Home Delivery: Orders are delivered directly to your company premises or clinic on business days.
  • Pickup Point Delivery: If preferred, you may also choose delivery to the nearest pickup point or parcel locker provided by the carrier (availability may vary depending on the destination country).

Shipping Costs and Free Delivery

Shipping costs are determined based on the weight, size, and destination country of the order. Exact shipping costs are calculated and displayed in the shopping cart before the final confirmation of the order.

We offer free shipping on all orders exceeding €900 (VAT 0%).

Delivery Time

Processing Time: We aim to process and pack all in-stock products within 1–2 business days from receiving the order.

Transit Time: The estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from order confirmation. Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to seasonal demand, high shipping volumes, or remote delivery locations.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email. The confirmation includes a tracking number that allows you to follow the shipment in real time through the carrier’s tracking system.
